Every Signora ring is made to order, and we do not offer a resizing service after delivery — a trusted local jeweler can adjust many designs later, but starting right is easier. Are Signora engagement ring diamonds certified?

How long does a made-to-order engagement ring take?
Around 14 days in total is typical, because each ring is crafted after you order it rather than pulled from a shelf. For the US, UK, and Canada, duties and taxes are prepaid — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Can I customize a design?
Yes. Many designs can be ordered in 9K, 14K, or 18K gold or platinum Pt950, and our Truly Custom service can build a ring from the ground up. Fully custom, bespoke pieces are non-returnable, so we confirm every detail with you before crafting begins.
How do I find the right size for a surprise proposal?
Borrow a ring worn on the same finger and match it against a sizing chart, or trace its inner circle — the ring size and fit guide shows both methods. Because we do not resize after delivery, a little detective work up front is worth far more than a guess.
What happens if the ring is not right?
Standard designs come with 30-day returns and exchanges, and Signora covers the return shipping for the US, UK, and Canada. Fully custom and bespoke commissions are final sale, which is why we agree every specification with you before work starts.

01Solid materials
Every Signora piece is made in solid precious metal — never plated or filled. Available options can include 925 sterling silver, 9K, 14K or 18K yellow, white or rose gold, and Pt950 platinum. Stone and certification details are listed on each product page.
02Hand finishing
Each order is finished by hand in our family workshop in Surat. White gold is palladium-based, nickel-free and rhodium-finished; yellow and rose gold are polished to their natural warmth; platinum develops a soft patina with wear.
03Everyday care
Wipe your piece after wear and store it separately in its pouch or box. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercise or contact with lotions and cleaning products. For deeper cleaning, use lukewarm water, mild soap and a very soft brush; ask a jeweler to check stone settings periodically.
04Sizing & Fit
Ring sizes and bracelet, necklace or chain lengths vary by design, so confirm the options on the product page before checkout. Because every piece is made to order, contact Client Care before ordering if you need a custom size or are unsure about fit.
