Warranty & certification
Reported manufacturing defects are assessed under the warranty policy. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, loss and work performed by another jeweller are not themselves manufacturing defects and may affect the assessment. Check the selected product for its grading report.

How long does delivery take to the UK?
Most made-to-order pieces are estimated at about 7 business days to craft, followed by generally 5–8 business days of insured, tracked transit. Fully custom designs can take longer. Product-specific estimates apply, and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Will I pay customs, duty or import VAT?
For United Kingdom destinations available at checkout, Signora ships duty-paid (DDP). Duties and UK import taxes are settled before dispatch, so the courier should not collect import charges at the door. Bank, card or other third-party fees may still apply.
What currency will I be charged in?
The store currency is US dollars. Pound values shown by a currency selector are approximate, and your bank or card provider may convert the USD amount at its own rate and add fees. Free express shipping currently applies over US$500.
Can I return my ring?

Are the stones certified?
Where stated on the selected product, lab-grown diamonds are supplied with IGI documentation and moissanite with GRA documentation. Check the design and variant details for the report included with your piece.
What metals can I choose?
Choices shown across the range can include 925 sterling silver; 9K, 14K and 18K yellow, white and rose gold; and Pt950 platinum. Check the selected product and variant for its exact metal and finish.
What if the size is wrong?
