How long does delivery take in the US?
About 7 business days to craft your piece in our workshop, then roughly 7 days of insured transit to any US address — around two weeks in total. Fully custom designs take a little longer.
Will I pay customs or import duty?
No. We ship duty-paid (DDP) to all 50 states. Duties are settled by us before your order leaves the workshop, so the price you see at checkout is the final price. You owe nothing at delivery.
Can I return my ring?
Yes — standard designs can be returned within 30 days, and we cover the return shipping. Fully custom, made-to-spec pieces are non-returnable.
Are the diamonds certified?
Every lab grown diamond is IGI-certified and every moissanite is GRA-certified. The certificate ships with your piece.
What metals can I choose?
Sterling silver 925; yellow, white, and rose gold in 9K, 14K, and 18K; and platinum Pt950. Solid metal only — never plated or vermeil. Our white gold is palladium-based, nickel-free, and rhodium-finished, making it a strong choice for sensitive skin.
Do you deliver jewelry other than engagement rings?
Yes — wedding bands, tennis bracelets, necklaces, pendants, chains, and earrings all ship across the United States the same way: made to order in Surat, delivered duty-paid in about two weeks, with IGI certificates for lab grown diamonds and GRA certificates for moissanite.
