Our jewelry

Our Jewelry

Everything about what we make and how we make it.

What metals do you offer?

We offer 11 metal options across three families: Sterling Silver (925), Gold in Yellow, White, and Rose each in 9K, 14K, and 18K, and Platinum (Pt950). Our white gold is palladium-based — nickel-free and hypoallergenic — and rhodium-finished. All pieces are solid metal, never vermeil or plated.

What stones do you use?

We work with IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds and GRA-certified moissanite. Both are real stones — chemically, optically, and physically identical to their mined counterparts, and grown without mining. Natural/mined diamonds are available on special request only.

Are your diamonds real?

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds — not simulants, not cubic zirconia. They are grown in a controlled environment and are identical to mined diamonds in every measurable way. Each center diamond comes with an IGI certificate confirming its quality grades.

What is the difference between a lab-grown diamond and moissanite?

Both are beautiful, ethical alternatives to mined diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically identical to natural diamonds (pure carbon, 10 on the Mohs scale). Moissanite is a different mineral (silicon carbide, 9.25 on the Mohs scale) with exceptional brilliance and a slightly different, more colorful light dispersion. Moissanite is the more accessible option; lab-grown diamonds sit closer in price to natural.

What is the difference between 9K, 14K, and 18K gold?

The karat number refers to gold purity. 9K (37.5% gold) is the most durable and affordable — ideal for everyday wear. 14K (58.3% gold) is the most popular — the best balance of durability, color richness, and price. 18K (75% gold) has the richest color and highest gold content, though it is slightly softer. All three are solid gold throughout.

Does white gold need maintenance?

White gold gets its color from a rhodium finish that can soften over time with daily wear — typically after 12–24 months depending on use. When this happens, a local jeweler can re-plate it affordably. Platinum is naturally white forever with no plating required.

Is platinum worth it?

Platinum (Pt950) is naturally white — it never needs re-plating. It is the densest metal we offer, the most hypoallergenic, and the most secure setting for stones. It develops a soft patina over time that many people love; it can also be polished back to high shine. It is our recommendation for engagement rings and heirloom pieces.

Can I get hallmarking?

Yes, hallmarking is available on request. Please note it in your order or contact us before purchasing.

Orders & customization

Orders & Customization

Made to order means made for you. Here is how it works.

Are your pieces made to order?

Yes. Every piece is crafted specifically for you after you place your order. This means no shelf stock, no mass production — your jewelry is made fresh in your chosen metal, stone, and size.

How long will my order take?

Around 14 days in total — approximately 7 business days to craft and dispatch, plus approximately 7 days in transit. Custom or bespoke pieces take a little longer. If you are ordering for a specific date, allow at least two weeks plus a buffer.

Can I customize a piece beyond the options shown?

Yes. For fully bespoke pieces — custom stone, setting, design changes, or something entirely new — visit our Truly Custom page or book a consultation with Himmat, our founder and designer. There is no obligation.

Can I add engraving?

Yes. Add a note at checkout with your engraving text, or contact us before ordering. We include it inside the shank. Please note engraved pieces are made to your specification and cannot be returned.

What ring sizes do you offer?

We offer US sizes 5 through 8 as standard. If you need a different size, contact us. Because we cannot resize after delivery, we strongly recommend measuring carefully before ordering.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible at care@signorajewels.com. Because crafting begins quickly, we cannot guarantee changes after the order is placed — but we will do our best within the first few hours.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping & Delivery

Fully insured, tracked, and discreet — here is what to expect.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to every country via FedEx, DHL, and UPS — fully insured, tracked, and with signature on delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Approximately 14 days — 7 business days to craft and dispatch, plus around 7 days in transit. Custom pieces take a little longer.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping on orders over $500. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Is my order insured?

Yes. Every shipment is fully insured and tracked end to end. If anything is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

If you are in the US, UK, or Canada — no. We prepay all import duties and taxes for these three markets, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Everywhere else, duties and taxes are charged by your country and paid to the courier on delivery. We are happy to estimate them before you order.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes. Your piece ships in secure, discreet outer packaging. Gift packaging is included — you can also add a gift note at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. The moment your piece ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also message us on WhatsApp anytime for an update.

Returns & warranty

Returns & Warranty

We stand behind everything we make.

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery on all standard designs, worldwide. Engraved, made-to-specification and sale-price items are final sale. Your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Who covers return shipping?

For the US, UK, and Canada — we do. We provide a prepaid return label and cover any return duties. For the rest of the world, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Can I return a bespoke or custom piece?

No. Made-to-specification pieces are crafted exclusively for you and are non-returnable. If you are unsure before ordering, contact us and we will clarify.

What is your warranty?

We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in metal and stone setting. This covers defects in craftsmanship — not damage from wear, accidents, or loss.

Can you resize or repair my piece after delivery?

We do not have an overseas workshop, so we cannot perform repairs, resizing, or re-plating after delivery. We recommend a trusted local jeweler for these services — most can work with our pieces without issue.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Contact us at care@signorajewels.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess and resolve it promptly.
