The lab-grown standard
Color and clarity follow the selected individual center-diamond weight—not total carat weight.
D is the highest color grade. VVS1 inclusions are extremely difficult to see under 10× magnification.
G+ means G or better and is near-colorless. VS+ means VS2 or better and is selected to appear eye-clean.
This is a quality-grade standard. It is separate from the 0.50 ct IGI report threshold explained above.
On the scale
Color runs from colorless to visibly warm; clarity runs from flawless to visibly included. The highlighted range is the Signora lab-grown quality standard.
This scale shows quality grade only. Documentation scope is explained in the report guide above.
D is the rarest, most colorless grade. Warmth increases down the scale.
G color or better below 1.00 ct; D color at 1.00 ct and above.
Inclusions become easier to see as the scale moves from FL toward I3.
VS clarity or better below 1.00 ct; VVS1 clarity at 1.00 ct and above.
