The Four Most-Asked Questions
How long will my order take?
Around 14 days — about 7 business days to craft and dispatch, plus about 7 days in transit. Bespoke pieces take a little longer.
Will I pay customs duties?
Not in the US, UK, or Canada — we prepay all duties and taxes, so the checkout price is everything you pay. Elsewhere, duties are paid on delivery; ask us for an estimate.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Because crafting begins quickly, we cannot guarantee changes once production starts — but we will always do our best.
How do returns work?
30 days on standard designs, worldwide. In the US, UK, and Canada we cover the return shipping and duties too. Bespoke pieces are non-returnable.
