Covered

What We Cover — For Life

If a defect in how we made your piece ever appears, it is on us. That includes:

Stone settings

A stone that loosens or falls out due to a defect in the setting — prongs, bezel, channel, or pavé work that was not crafted correctly.

Metal integrity

Cracks, breaks, or structural failure in the band or mounting caused by a flaw in casting or construction — not by impact or wear.

Craftsmanship faults

Soldering failures, misaligned settings, finishing defects, or anything else that traces back to how the piece was made.

Early finish defects

Plating or finish issues that appear unusually early and are clearly a production fault rather than normal wear.

Not covered

What Falls Outside the Warranty

We are honest about the line. The warranty covers how the piece was made — not what happens to it afterward. Not covered:

Normal wear and tear — surface scratches, gradual dulling of finish, the natural softening of white gold's rhodium layer over years of wear.
Accidental damage — impacts, crushing, bending from force, chipped stones from knocks.
Loss or theft — of the piece or of stones lost through damage rather than defect.
Third-party work — any piece that has been resized, repaired, or altered by another jeweler. (Routine local services like rhodium re-plating are fine — see below.)
Improper care — damage from chemicals, extreme conditions, or storage neglect. See our Jewelry Care guide.

Not sure whether your issue is a defect or wear? Send us photos — we assess every case individually and fairly.

Repairs, resizing & upkeep

Why We Recommend a Local Jeweler

We craft everything in Surat, India, and we do not have workshops overseas. That means we cannot physically resize, re-plate, or repair your piece after delivery — shipping it back and forth for routine service would be slow and costly for you.

Instead, we recommend a trusted local jeweler for routine services. Almost any reputable jeweler can work with our pieces:

Ring resizing

A local jeweler can resize most of our rings. This is also why we stress getting your size right before ordering — visit our Ring Size & Fit guide, or ask us to help.

Rhodium re-plating (white gold)

White gold's bright finish comes from rhodium, which softens after roughly 12–24 months of daily wear. Any local jeweler can refresh it affordably. Platinum never needs this.

Cleaning & polishing

Professional cleaning once a year keeps your piece brilliant. Many jewelers offer this for a small fee — or free. Our Jewelry Care guide covers safe at-home cleaning too.

Important

Using a local jeweler for these routine services does not void your warranty. Only structural alterations or repairs that cause new damage fall outside coverage.

Common questions

Quick Answers

How long does the warranty last?

For the lifetime of the piece. There is no expiry date on manufacturing defects.

Do I need to register my piece?

No. Your order confirmation is your warranty record. Keep your order number handy and you are covered.

A stone fell out — is that covered?

If it fell out because of a defect in the setting, yes — fully covered. If the setting was damaged by an impact first, that is accidental damage. Send us photos and we will assess it honestly.

Does resizing at a local jeweler void my warranty?

Routine services — resizing, rhodium re-plating, cleaning — do not void your warranty. Only alterations that structurally change the piece or repairs that cause new damage fall outside coverage.

What will it cost me to claim?

Nothing. If it is a manufacturing defect, the repair or replacement and all shipping are on us.
