Shop best sellersSignora reviews reported manufacturing defects in the metalwork or stone setting. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, loss and work performed by another jeweler are not manufacturing defects. Contact Signora with the order number and clear photos so the team can assess the piece and confirm the available resolution.
A report is assessed against the order details, the construction of the piece and the evidence provided. These are examples of issues that may warrant review, not automatic findings.
A loose or missing stone where the prongs, bezel, channel or pavé work may not have been crafted correctly.
A crack, break or structural failure that may trace to casting or construction rather than impact or wear.
A soldering, alignment, setting or finishing issue that may trace back to how the piece was made.
An unusually early plating or finish issue may be reviewed to distinguish production fault from normal wear.
Not sure which category fits? Send the order number, a short description and clear photos. Signora assesses the reported cause before confirming any resolution.
A manufacturing-defect review addresses how the piece was made. It does not treat every change or damage after delivery as a defect.
Not manufacturing defects
Before local service
Ask for design-specific guidance before arranging resizing, repair, re-plating, polishing, stone work or alteration through a local jeweler.
Third-party work: it is not itself a manufacturing defect. If later work may relate to the reported issue, Signora considers that evidence when assessing cause.
Start remotely. Do not send the piece or arrange repair until Signora has reviewed the initial information.
Send the order number and a concise description to care@signorajewels.com.
Include the full piece, the reported area and any relevant packaging or documentation.
Signora reviews whether the evidence indicates a manufacturing defect, wear, damage or later alteration.
The available resolution and any packing, carrier or shipping instructions are confirmed in writing.
Arrived damaged? Keep the outer packaging and contact Signora promptly with the order number, packaging photos and clear images of the item. Transit damage is reviewed separately under the delivery record and shipping cover.
