- Return ConditionsPlease ship items back within 7 working days of approval. Customers bear return shipping costs. Original shipping is non-refundable.
- Exchange PolicyWe offer free exchanges for defective items. Please report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification.
- Non-Returnable ItemsSale items, final sale products, and any customized or personalized jewelry pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
- International OrdersCurrently, returns and exchanges are limited to India orders only. International orders are not eligible for return.
- Refund ProcessOnce we pass your return through a quality check, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
