Our diamonds are lab-grown and our moissanite is lab-created. This describes their production origin; total environmental impact depends on the facility, energy source, and supply chain.
Made to order
Each piece enters production only after you choose it and place the order.

Each product or approved specification states its solid precious metal and stone selection. Care and repairability depend on that exact material, design and wear.
Documented and transparent
Every finished piece includes a Signora Jewelry Certificate. Each approved individual lab-grown center or primary diamond of 0.50 ct or more also includes an IGI grading report. Other independent stone documentation and its scope are stated on the product page or approved specification.
The stones
Real Stones, Different Production Origins
A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond — identical in every physical way to a mined one — grown in a lab rather than dug from the earth. Moissanite is a brilliant lab-created stone in its own right. Their production origin differs from an earth-mined stone:
Laboratory-grown origin
The diamond crystal grows in a controlled chamber rather than being extracted from an open pit.
Controlled growth setting
Growth takes place in laboratory equipment rather than at a diamond mine.
CVD or HPHT
Lab-grown diamonds are created using one of two controlled growth methods: CVD or HPHT.
Different formation setting
A lab-grown stone forms in a growth chamber; a natural diamond forms underground.
The honest caveat
Growing a diamond takes real energy. Energy source, water use, land use, and total impact vary by facility, so laboratory-grown origin alone is not proof of a lower overall environmental impact.

Each product page or approved specification states whether the piece uses solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold, platinum, or 925 sterling silver. Surface finishes such as rhodium on white gold are maintained according to the exact metal and wear. Resizing, refinishing and resetting remain design-specific.
