  • Eligibility
    Return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include packaging/invoice.
  • How to Initiate
    Email care@signorajewels.com with your order number, registered email, reason for return, and images (if applicable).
  • Return Conditions
    Ship back within 7 working days of approval. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Exchange Policy (Defective/Damaged)
    Report within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
  • Non-Returnable Items
    Sale/Final sale items and customized/personalized jewelry.
  • International Orders
    Returns/Exchanges are only available for India-based orders.
  • Refund Process
    Processed within 10–15 business days of quality check approval, issued to the original payment method.
