Our family workshop — in the city that cuts most of the world’s diamonds — crafts your ring by hand in solid metal. Your production and dispatch schedule is confirmed after the final specifications and CAD are approved.

Insured delivery
Your finished ring ships fully insured with its Signora Jewelry Certificate. Each approved individual lab-grown center or primary diamond of 0.50 ct or more also includes an IGI grading report. Other independent documentation and its scope are stated on the product page or approved specification. For every destination available at checkout, Signora prepays applicable import duties and import taxes. Customers should not be asked to pay those import charges again on delivery.

Signora is a family workshop in Surat, India — the city that cuts and polishes most of the world’s diamonds. Our founder is the third generation of his family in the diamond trade, and every custom ring is made to order in our own atelier: no middlemen, no showroom overheads, and nothing sitting in a warehouse.
Choose a lab-grown diamond, moissanite, or another agreed stone. Each approved individual lab-grown center or primary diamond of 0.50 ct or more includes an IGI grading report; other documentation and its scope are stated on the product page or approved specification. Everything is set in solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold, platinum, or 925 sterling silver, never plated. You approve the full 3D render, specifications, and price before a single tool is picked up.

How much does a custom ring cost?
It depends on the design, metal, and exact stone. The studio can show a planning estimate while you design; your free 3D proposal confirms the final specifications and firm price before any payment.
How long does a custom ring take?

Can I use my own design or bring an existing ring?
Yes. Start from a sketch, a photo, an inspiration image, or an heirloom you would like reimagined. Our designers translate it into a 3D render you approve before we begin.
Are the diamonds certified?

What metals can I choose?
Solid 10K, 14K and 18K gold in yellow, white and rose, platinum Pt950, and 925 sterling silver — solid metal only, never plated.
Can I return a custom ring?
For fully custom work, normal change-of-mind returns stop after CAD approval. Suspected manufacturing defects can be reviewed under the written policy. Eligible standard catalogue designs have a 30-day return window; return-shipping instructions and any label or cost responsibility are confirmed in the written return authorization.
