Method 1 — Use an existing ring

Find a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
Place it flat and measure the inner diameter (inside edge to inside edge) in mm.
Enter that measurement in the Measure a ring tab.

Method 2 — Wrap and measure

Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger.
Mark where it overlaps — measure that length in mm (your circumference).
Divide by 3.1416 (π) to get your diameter, then use the Measure a ring tab.

Tip: Middle finger sizes typically run half a size larger than the ring finger. If between sizes, go up. Measure in the evening — fingers are slightly larger then.

Look closely at the rim around the oval. Signora Jewels uses a continuous polished bezel to hold the 10.2 × 7.1 mm reference diamond, with a narrow row of geometric metal detailing just inside the outer edge. The result is a defined oval outline without projecting corner prongs or a diamond halo.

On both shoulders, curling filigree scrolls sit between fine beaded borders. These details are worked entirely in metal; the 2.00 ct reference oval is the only diamond. The decorated shoulders measure approximately 3.0–3.5 mm across, narrowing to a 2.10 mm polished lower band.

Metal, Care & Fit

Choose 10K, 14K or 18K yellow, white or rose gold, silver or platinum. The smooth bezel has no exposed center prongs, although its raised edge may still contact fitted clothing. Clean the engraved scrolls with mild soap, warm water and a soft brush, taking care around the beaded borders. Dry thoroughly to prevent residue collecting in the recessed metalwork.

FAQ

Does the bezel surround the entire oval diamond? Yes. A continuous metal rim holds the oval around its perimeter, leaving its upper face visible while shielding its edge.

Are the tiny details around the diamond additional stones? No. The narrow patterned border is decorative metalwork. The reference ring contains one 2.00 ct oval diamond and no accent diamonds.

Can I select a different oval diamond weight? Yes. The center can be selected from 1 ct to 4.5 ct, including the 2.00 ct reference. The bezel is made to fit the chosen diamond.

Will a straight wedding band sit flush against this ring? The raised bezel may leave a gap against a straight wedding band. A contoured band can follow its oval profile more closely.

How should I clean the engraved shoulders? Use warm water, mild soap and a soft brush along the filigree scrolls and milgrain edges. Rinse carefully and dry with a lint-free cloth.
