Choose your center weight and metal for this made-to-order ring.
Signora Jewels sets the blue marquise above curling engagement ring shoulders rather than a straight pavé line. Sixteen small round diamonds sit through the leaf-and-vine metalwork, while a single blue sapphire is hidden underneath the center basket.
The 12.41 × 6.15 mm reference center is held by six prongs, including support at both pointed ends. Its gallery rises about 6.5–7.0 mm, leaving the marquise visibly separate from the 4.5–5.5 mm shoulder work.
Design highlights
The sixteen rounds are spaced through separate curls rather than packed into one continuous row. That leaves polished metal visible between the flashes, while the hidden sapphire adds color underneath instead of competing with the blue marquise from above.

Measurements are approximate; your selected center weight sets the final diamond dimensions and total weight.
The reference marquise measures 12.41 mm from tip to tip, giving the blue center a pronounced length across the finger. The sixteen smaller rounds add compact flashes along the shoulders without changing that elongated outline. See the diamond stone guide for more on marquise proportions.
White gold and platinum create stronger contrast around the blue center, while yellow and rose gold make the sculpted vine work easier to distinguish. Compare options in the metal guide. Use warm water, mild soap and a soft brush beneath the open gallery and around the recessed round accents.
How many round diamonds are set in the shoulders?
The ring has 16 round lab grown diamond accents totaling approximately 0.07 ct. They are distributed through the sculpted vine-and-leaf shoulders rather than forming a straight pavé row.
Where is the blue sapphire?
One round blue sapphire of approximately 0.02 ct sits beneath the center setting. It is a hidden detail rather than a face-up side stone.
How are the pointed ends of the marquise protected?
The center uses a Six-Prong setting with support at both pointed ends. The remaining prongs secure the sides while keeping the 12.41 × 6.15 mm reference outline visible.
How high does the center sit?
The setting rises approximately 6.5–7.0 mm. That leaves an open gallery underneath and separates the marquise from the vine shoulders.
Which metal makes the blue center stand out most clearly?
White gold and platinum create the strongest tonal contrast around the blue marquise. Yellow and rose gold put more emphasis on the sculpted vines and leaf details surrounding it.
