At a glance

A coffin cut lab grown diamond nature-inspired bypass engagement ring from Signora Jewels.

The photographed design carries a 1.50 ct coffin cut center measuring approximately 9.8 × 5.8 mm in a six-prong setting, surrounded by sculptural metal leaves and vines with no accent diamonds. Approx. 1.50 ct total.

Made to order in 11 metals: silver, 9K/14K/18K gold (yellow, white, rose) and platinum.

Each metal color is shown in the photos. Choose a 1 ct, 1.5 ct, 2 ct, 2.5 ct, 3 ct, 3.5 ct, 4 ct or 4.5 ct center and your preferred metal from the options on this page.

Signora Jewels builds this ring around the unusual 9.8 × 5.8 mm outline of a coffin cut center. Six prongs hold the photographed 1.50 ct diamond while polished branches cross around the setting, carrying individually modeled leaves above, below and alongside the stone.

The botanical shoulders spread to approximately 5.00 mm around the open vine sections, then return to a 2.30 mm lower shank. There are no accent diamonds in the leaves or branches. At approximately 7.40 mm high in the reference design, the center remains open underneath for cleaning.

Design highlights

  • Coffin cut center options: 1 ct, 1.5 ct, 2 ct, 2.5 ct, 3 ct, 3.5 ct, 4 ct or 4.5 ct
  • 1.50 ct reference center measuring approximately 9.8 × 5.8 mm
  • Six-prong setting following the angular coffin cut outline
  • No accent diamonds; the botanical detail is worked entirely in metal
  • Sculptural leaf-and-vine branches crossing around the center
  • Approx. 5.00 mm shoulders tapering to a 2.30 mm lower shank

The branches refuse to end neatly beneath the center. One vine climbs above the upper edge, another crosses beneath the diamond, and individual leaves project from both sides, making the center look caught inside the metalwork. About Lab Grown Diamonds

The coffin cut reference center measures approximately 9.8 × 5.8 mm at 1.50 ct. Its elongated body, clipped upper corners and tapered lower outline give the six-prong setting several distinct contact points while leaving broad sections of the diamond visible between them.

Metal, Care & Fit

The reference construction uses approximately 6.30 g of 18K gold before the center is set. Yellow and rose gold make the modeled leaves and overlapping branches easiest to read; white gold and platinum put more visual emphasis on the center. Clean beneath the diamond and between the open vines with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush.

FAQ

What makes the coffin cut different in this ring?
The photographed center has an elongated 9.8 × 5.8 mm outline with clipped upper corners and a tapered lower section. The angular shape stands apart clearly because there are no accent diamonds around it.

How is the coffin cut center secured?
Six prongs hold the photographed 1.50 ct center around its angular perimeter. Open spaces between the contact points leave much of the diamond visible from the sides.

Are there diamonds set into the leaves and vines?
No. This design uses one center diamond and no accent stones, so the branches and individual leaves are sculpted entirely from the selected metal.

How high does the 1.50 ct reference setting sit?
The photographed construction is approximately 7.40 mm high. The selected center weight determines the final head dimensions as the setting scales through the available carat options.

Can this ring sit flush beside a straight wedding band?
The projecting leaves and crossing bypass branches make a perfectly flush straight-band fit unlikely near the center. A contoured band is better suited to following the irregular botanical outline.

Answers last updated August 2, 2026

When will my order ship?

Standard listed pieces are made to order with an estimated dispatch of 7 business days. Use the product-page estimate when it is more specific and the timing confirmed after ordering. Delivery timing begins after dispatch and varies by destination and carrier service. Fully custom commissions follow the production schedule confirmed with their approved specifications or CAD.

When is insured worldwide delivery free?

Orders of US$500 or more receive free express, insured and tracked worldwide delivery. Below US$500, express, insured and tracked worldwide delivery is charged at the fixed rate shown at checkout.

Will I have to pay import duties?

For every destination available at checkout, Signora prepays applicable import duties and import taxes. Customers should not be asked to pay those import charges again on delivery.

What certificate comes with my jewelry?

Every finished piece includes a Signora Jewelry Certificate. Each selected individual lab-grown center or primary diamond of 0.50 ct or above includes an IGI grading report. Below 0.50 ct, IGI can be arranged by custom request. Custom moissanite and gemstone selections include GRA documentation, with the exact scope confirmed in the approved specifications. The product page or approved specifications state the exact laboratory, report type and scope.

Can I return a made-to-order listed design?

Standard listed products are eligible for return within 30 days after carrier-recorded delivery when unworn, unused and in their original condition, with the original packaging and included documents. Normal listed choices such as metal, stone carat, chain or bracelet length, an extended ring size, or complimentary engraving do not by themselves make an item Final Sale. A sale or discount also does not imply Final Sale; only an item explicitly classified as Final Sale follows the non-returnable exclusion.

How are fully custom orders handled?

A fully custom commission is different from a listed made-to-order design. After its specifications or CAD are approved, a normal change-of-mind return does not apply. Manufacturing defects remain reviewable. Signora may accept an exceptional non-defect return case by case; documented labor and genuinely non-recoverable costs may be deducted, but these deductions are not a restocking fee.
