Signora Jewels sets the 9.30 × 7.80 mm Cushion Old Mine center between two tapered baguettes, giving this three-stone ring a clean step from the broad center into the narrow shank. Four prongs leave the clipped cushion outline easy to see, while each baguette points inward toward the main diamond.
The reference basket rises approximately 7.0–7.5 mm. At the base, the band stays about 1.80 mm wide and 1.40 mm thick, so the 3.00 ct center carries the visual weight without needing pavé along the shank.
Design highlights
The tapered baguettes work like arrows beside the cushion: wider near the center, narrower toward the band. Their straight step facets contrast with the broader flashes of the Old Mine center without adding another rounded outline.

Measurements are approximate; your selected center weight sets the final diamond dimensions and total weight.
The Cushion Old Mine center uses a broader facet pattern than a modern brilliant cushion, while the tapered baguettes use long step facets. See the diamond stone guide for more on cut, proportions and shape.
White gold and platinum keep the baguette settings visually close to the diamonds, while yellow and rose gold create more contrast around the three-stone arrangement. Compare choices in the metal guide. Clean beneath the center basket and along both baguette settings with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush.
Why are tapered baguettes used beside this Cushion Old Mine center?
The two tapered baguettes narrow toward the shank and point visually toward the center. Their straight step facets also give the 3.00 ct cushion a clear contrast on both sides.
How much diamond weight is in the two side stones?
The two tapered baguettes total approximately 0.15 ct. Combined with the 3.00 ct reference center, the photographed configuration totals approximately 3.15 ct.
How is the Cushion Old Mine center held?
The center sits in a Four-Prong setting. The prongs secure the 9.30 × 7.80 mm reference diamond while leaving most of its outline and side profile visible.
Will this three-stone ring stack with a wedding band?
The raised center and tapered side-stone settings can leave a small gap beside a straight band. A contoured band follows the three-stone profile more closely.
How should the tapered baguette settings be cleaned?
Use a soft brush around the narrow ends of both baguettes and beneath the center basket. Those junctions collect more residue than the plain polished lower shank.
