An elongated cushion lab grown diamond cathedral engagement ring from Signora Jewels.
A 2.00 ct elongated cushion measuring 9.15 × 6.14 mm sits in a four-prong cathedral basket above two round accents totaling approximately 0.04 ct. Approx. 2.04 ct total.
Made to order in 11 metals: silver, 9K/14K/18K gold (yellow, white, rose) and platinum.
Each metal color is shown in the photos. Choose your center diamond weight and preferred metal from the options on this page.
The elongated cushion rises from a four-prong cathedral basket, while the shoulders divide into polished vines before meeting beneath the center. On this Signora Jewels ring, two 0.02 ct round diamonds sit inside the twists rather than forming a conventional pavé row.
The open spaces between the vines keep the 2.60 mm shoulders from looking heavy. At the base, the shank narrows to approximately 2.10 mm, and the 7.20 mm setting height leaves the center exposed to light from both sides.

Design highlights
The two accent diamonds are placed where the polished vines cross, so they flash from the shoulders without drawing a straight line away from the center. That small detail keeps the ring organic from the front and open from the side.

Measurements are approximate; the chosen center weight determines the final proportions and total diamond weight.
The elongated cushion combines rounded corners with a longer rectangular outline, giving the finger more visual length than a square cushion. The center and round accents are selected in F color and VS1 clarity, with Excellent cut, polish and symmetry.
Choose silver, 9K, 14K or 18K yellow, white or rose gold, or platinum. Clean beneath the open basket and between the twisted shoulders with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Check all four center prongs during regular jewelry inspections.
How high does the elongated cushion sit?
The cathedral setting rises approximately 7.20 mm from the finger. This height leaves the open basket visible from the side and allows light beneath the elongated cushion.
What do the two round accent diamonds add?
The two round diamonds total approximately 0.04 ct and sit within the twisted shoulders. They mark the crossing points of the vines without turning the shank into a full pavé band.
Does the twisted vine shank feel bulky?
The base is approximately 2.10 mm wide and 1.85 mm thick. Open spaces between the polished strands reduce visual weight while the comfort-fit underside remains smooth.
Can this cathedral ring be stacked with a wedding band?
A slim straight band can sit near the raised cathedral shoulders, though a small gap can remain beside the twisted sections. A contoured band follows the vine profile more closely.
Which metal emphasizes the vine pattern most clearly?
Rose and yellow gold create visible contrast between the metal and the diamonds, making the crossing vines easy to read. White gold and platinum blend with the prongs and place more emphasis on the elongated cushion.
