Signora Jewels sets the 6.83 × 4.65 mm emerald cut between two tapered baguettes, creating a clean three-stone ring built entirely around step-cut geometry. Each baguette widens toward the center and narrows into the polished shank, pulling the eye straight back to the emerald.
The compact gallery sits approximately 5.5–6.0 mm high. At the base, the band measures about 1.80 mm wide and 1.40 mm thick, keeping the lower shank narrow beneath the structured three-stone top.
Design highlights
The tapered baguettes are what make this design work. Their long step facets continue the emerald center’s mirror-like pattern, while their narrowing outer ends create a smooth transition into the slim band.
The emerald cut uses long step facets that produce broad flashes and strong contrast rather than the finer sparkle of a brilliant cut. The baguette sides repeat that same visual language. See the diamond stone guide for more on cut and proportions.
White gold and platinum keep the three settings visually close to the diamonds, while yellow and rose gold create stronger contrast around the step-cut stones. Compare choices in the metal guide. Clean beneath the center and around both baguette settings with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush.
Why are tapered baguettes paired with this emerald center?
The two baguettes repeat the center’s long step facets and narrow toward the shank. Their geometry keeps the three-stone composition linear rather than rounded.
How much diamond weight is in the side stones?
The two tapered baguette diamonds total approximately 0.16 ct. Together with the 1.00 ct emerald center, the ring carries approximately 1.16 ct total diamond weight.
How high does the emerald center sit?
The setting height is approximately 5.5–6.0 mm. The compact gallery lifts the center above the shank without creating an unusually tall profile.
Will this three-stone ring work with a wedding band?
The side settings occupy some space beside the center, so a straight band can leave a slight gap. A contoured band follows the three-stone profile more closely.
How should the tapered baguette settings be cleaned?
Use a soft brush around the narrow ends of both baguettes and underneath the center basket. Those junctions collect more residue than the plain lower shank.
