A green oval lab grown diamond cathedral engagement ring from Signora Jewels.
A 2.00 ct, 10.19 × 7.14 mm green oval center sits in a Four-Prong setting above engraved cathedral shoulders. No side diamonds. Approx. 2.00 ct total.
Made to order in 11 metals: silver, 10K/14K/18K gold (yellow, white, rose) and platinum.
Choose your center weight and metal for this made-to-order ring.
Signora Jewels keeps the diamond work focused on a single 10.19 × 7.14 mm green oval. Four prongs hold the center above rising cathedral shoulders, while the band itself carries the detail: engraved leaves, small floral forms and fine milgrain edging run along the upper shank.
The lower band is approximately 2.80 mm wide and 1.90 mm thick, giving this ring more metal through the base than the finer vine designs. The center sits about 6.5–7.0 mm high, with open space beneath the oval rather than a diamond-set halo or side cluster.
Design highlights
The engraving is what gives this ring its vintage character. Instead of adding more stones, the shoulders carry carved leaves and scrolls inside a fine beaded border, leaving the green oval completely dominant from the top view.

Measurements are approximate; your selected center weight sets the final diamond dimensions and total weight.
The photographed oval measures 10.19 × 7.14 mm, giving the green center a broad face with noticeable length along the finger. With no side diamonds beside it, the oval's outline and color stay uninterrupted. See the diamond stone guide for more on oval proportions and grading.
Yellow and rose gold add warmth around the green center and make the engraved leaves easier to read; white gold and platinum create stronger contrast between the colored diamond and the band. Compare options in the metal guide. Use warm water, mild soap and a soft brush around the prongs and inside the engraved recesses.
Does this ring have any side diamonds?
No. The green oval center is the only diamond in this design; the shoulder detail comes from engraved metalwork and milgrain rather than additional stones.
How is the oval center held?
The 10.19 × 7.14 mm reference center is secured by four prongs. The cathedral shoulders rise toward the setting without covering the oval's face-up outline.
What makes the band look vintage?
The upper shank carries engraved flower-and-leaf work bordered by fine milgrain. Those details create texture in the metal without adding pavé or side diamonds.
How high does the center sit?
The setting height is approximately 6.5–7.0 mm. That elevation separates the oval from the engraved shoulders and leaves open space beneath the center.
Which metal gives the strongest contrast with the green center?
White gold and platinum create the clearest tonal contrast around the green oval. Yellow and rose gold make the engraved floral pattern more pronounced against the center.
