Choose your center weight and metal for this made-to-order ring.
Signora Jewels sets the 14.15 × 7.21 mm marquise above engraved cathedral shoulders, leaving the diamond completely alone at the center. The split upper shank carries carved leaf forms and fine milgrain borders instead of side stones, so the metalwork frames the long outline without competing with it.
The reference setting rises approximately 7.0–7.5 mm. At the base, the band measures about 1.70 mm wide and 1.50 mm thick, then broadens to roughly 4.5–5.5 mm through the decorated shoulders.
Design highlights
The shoulder work is all metal. Carved leaves run inside the split sections while the milgrain edges catch light along the borders; from straight on, the marquise remains uninterrupted from tip to tip.

Measurements are approximate; your selected center weight sets the final diamond dimensions and total weight.
The reference marquise measures 14.15 mm from tip to tip, putting most of its face-up spread along the finger. With no side stones beside it, the pointed outline stays easy to read. See the diamond stone guide for more on marquise proportions and cut.
Yellow and rose gold make the carved leaves and milgrain borders easier to distinguish, while white gold and platinum keep more attention on the center. Compare choices in the metal guide. Clean underneath the raised center and through the engraved shoulder recesses with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Browse more engagement rings with elongated centers.
Does this ring have any side diamonds?
No. The marquise center is the only diamond; the shoulder detail comes entirely from engraved leaf metalwork and milgrain borders.
How are the pointed ends of the marquise protected?
The center is secured in a Four-Prong setting with support at both pointed ends. The remaining prongs hold the sides while keeping the 14.15 × 7.21 mm reference outline exposed.
How high does the center sit?
The reference setting rises approximately 7.0–7.5 mm. That lifts the marquise above the cathedral shoulders and leaves open access beneath the stone for cleaning.
What makes the shoulders look vintage?
Leaf engraving fills the divided upper shank, with fine milgrain running along the outer edges. The pattern creates texture in the metal without adding another stone shape.
How should the engraved shoulders be cleaned?
Use a soft brush inside the carved leaf recesses and beneath the raised setting. Those narrow grooves collect more residue than the polished lower portion of the band.
