Method 1 — Use an existing ring

Find a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
Place it flat and measure the inner diameter (inside edge to inside edge) in mm.
Enter that measurement in the Measure a ring tab.

Method 2 — Wrap and measure

Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger.
Mark where it overlaps — measure that length in mm (your circumference).
Divide by 3.1416 (π) to get your diameter, then use the Measure a ring tab.

Tip: Middle finger sizes typically run half a size larger than the ring finger. If between sizes, go up. Measure in the evening — fingers are slightly larger then.

The shoulders don't run straight into the center of this ring. Signora Jewels curves them around opposite sides of a 13.5 × 6.8 mm marquise, bringing the polished metal up toward a pointed halo. The center weighs approximately 2.50 ct in the reference design, with claw prongs gripping the long stone inside its diamond-set frame.

The halo carries approximately 22–26 small round brilliant diamonds totaling 0.10 ct. Another 8–10 rounds sit along the bypass shoulders for 0.05 ct, with open scrollwork filling the spaces between the metal curves. From above, the diamond outline is long and narrow; from the side, the raised gallery leaves space under the center.

The bypass section measures approximately 4.5–5.5 mm across, considerably wider than the 2.00 mm polished lower shank. That gives the halo a broad supporting frame without filling the shoulders with solid gold. The center head rises approximately 7.0–7.5 mm. About Lab Grown Diamonds

The marquise center has two pointed ends and an elongated faceted outline. The surrounding round brilliant diamonds trace that shape, with the halo following both narrow tips instead of forming a round border. Metal, Care & Fit

Choose silver, 10K, 14K or 18K yellow, white or rose gold, or platinum. The pointed halo and raised center need care around gloves and fitted sleeves. Clean the diamond-set border and bypass openings with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush, reaching gently into the filigree sections. Remove the ring before heavy lifting or activities that press on the raised basket.

FAQ

Does the halo follow the full marquise shape?
Yes. The pavé halo surrounds both sides and the pointed ends of the center diamond, using approximately 22–26 round brilliant accents in the reference design.

What makes the shoulders a bypass design?
The shoulders curve toward opposite sides of the center instead of joining the halo in a straight line. Their open scrollwork and pavé sections create a wider 4.5–5.5 mm upper profile.

Can I select a different marquise center weight?
Yes. The center is customizable from 1 ct to 4.5 ct, including the 2.50 ct reference. The halo and basket are made to suit the chosen center dimensions.

Will the pointed halo catch on clothing?
The pointed halo and raised claw setting have exposed edges that can catch on fine knits or close-fitting gloves. Take care when dressing and avoid hard impacts against the setting.

How should I clean the openwork shoulders?
Use mild soap, warm water and a soft brush, working through the openings and around the round pavé diamonds. Rinse carefully and dry with a lint-free cloth so residue does not remain in the filigree.
