A marquise lab grown diamond vintage solitaire engagement ring from Signora Jewels.

The photographed ring carries a 10.00 ct marquise measuring approximately 20.5 × 10.8 mm in a reinforced six-prong setting, with cathedral support and no accent diamonds. Approx. 10.00 ct total.

Made to order in 11 metals: silver, 9K/14K/18K gold (yellow, white, rose) and platinum.

Each metal color is shown in the photos. Choose a 5 ct, 6 ct, 7 ct, 8 ct, 9 ct or 10 ct center and your preferred metal from the options on this page.

Signora Jewels built this ring around a marquise that needs real structure underneath it. At the photographed 10.00 ct weight, the diamond measures approximately 20.5 mm from point to point and 10.8 mm across, with six prongs securing the tips and long sides.

The setting rises approximately 11.50 mm at that reference weight. Cathedral shoulders widen to about 5.20 mm beside the center, then taper into a 3.20 mm lower shank. Deep scroll carving fills the shoulders, bordered by fine beaded detail instead of accent stones.

Design highlights

  • Marquise center options: 5 ct, 6 ct, 7 ct, 8 ct, 9 ct or 10 ct
  • Photographed 10.00 ct center measures approximately 20.5 × 10.8 mm
  • Six-prong setting protects both pointed ends and supports the long sides
  • Reinforced head supported by rising cathedral shoulders
  • Ornamental Art Deco scrollwork across approximately 5.20 mm shoulders
  • Approx. 3.20 mm lower shank with a High Polish finish

The scale is deliberate. At 10.00 ct, the marquise dominates the top view, while the broad carved shoulders keep the head from looking disconnected from the band. Explore more engagement rings, compare elongated cuts in the diamond stone guide, or review all 11 choices in the metal guide.

About Lab Grown Diamonds

A marquise distributes its carat weight along a long, pointed outline, giving this ring substantial coverage from tip to tip. The photographed 10.00 ct center measures approximately 20.5 × 10.8 mm. The two end prongs guard the pointed tips, while four additional prongs hold the long sides of the diamond.

Metal, Care & Fit

The photographed construction uses approximately 10.45 g of 18K gold before the center is set. Yellow and rose gold put more contrast into the recessed shoulder carving, while white gold and platinum keep the head closer in tone to the diamond. Clean beneath the open setting with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush, and have all six prongs checked after a hard impact.

FAQ

Which center weights are available for this marquise ring?
This design is available with a 5 ct, 6 ct, 7 ct, 8 ct, 9 ct or 10 ct center. The photographed version uses the 10.00 ct option, measuring approximately 20.5 × 10.8 mm.

Why does this oversized marquise use six prongs?
Six prongs secure both pointed tips and add four contact points along the long sides. That distributes support around a center designed to scale from 5 ct through 10 ct.

How high does the 10 ct version sit?
The photographed 10.00 ct setting is approximately 11.50 mm high. Cathedral shoulders rise into the reinforced head from both sides to support that elevated center.

Will the marquise tips catch on clothing?
Dedicated end prongs cover the two pointed tips, but this remains a large, raised marquise design. Take extra care around open knits, lace and gloves, particularly with the larger center options.

Which metal brings out the carved shoulders best?
Yellow and rose gold create stronger visible shadow inside the ornamental scrollwork. White gold and platinum shift more visual attention toward the marquise while retaining the same carved shoulder pattern.

Answers last updated August 2, 2026

When will my order ship?

Standard listed pieces are made to order with an estimated dispatch of 7 business days. Use the product-page estimate when it is more specific and the timing confirmed after ordering. Delivery timing begins after dispatch and varies by destination and carrier service. Fully custom commissions follow the production schedule confirmed with their approved specifications or CAD.

When is insured worldwide delivery free?

Orders of US$500 or more receive free express, insured and tracked worldwide delivery. Below US$500, express, insured and tracked worldwide delivery is charged at the fixed rate shown at checkout.

Will I have to pay import duties?

For every destination available at checkout, Signora prepays applicable import duties and import taxes. Customers should not be asked to pay those import charges again on delivery.

What certificate comes with my jewelry?

Every finished piece includes a Signora Jewelry Certificate. Each selected individual lab-grown center or primary diamond of 0.50 ct or above includes an IGI grading report. Below 0.50 ct, IGI can be arranged by custom request. Custom moissanite and gemstone selections include GRA documentation, with the exact scope confirmed in the approved specifications. The product page or approved specifications state the exact laboratory, report type and scope.

Can I return a made-to-order listed design?

Standard listed products are eligible for return within 30 days after carrier-recorded delivery when unworn, unused and in their original condition, with the original packaging and included documents. Normal listed choices such as metal, stone carat, chain or bracelet length, an extended ring size, or complimentary engraving do not by themselves make an item Final Sale. A sale or discount also does not imply Final Sale; only an item explicitly classified as Final Sale follows the non-returnable exclusion.

How are fully custom orders handled?

A fully custom commission is different from a listed made-to-order design. After its specifications or CAD are approved, a normal change-of-mind return does not apply. Manufacturing defects remain reviewable. Signora may accept an exceptional non-defect return case by case; documented labor and genuinely non-recoverable costs may be deducted, but these deductions are not a restocking fee.
