Choose your center weight and metal for this made-to-order ring.
Signora Jewels sets the 13.43 × 6.57 mm marquise above rising cathedral shoulders, with round side diamonds gathered close to the center before the band turns into engraved floral metalwork. Fine milgrain edging follows the upper shank instead of covering it with a continuous diamond row.
The basket rises approximately 7.0–7.5 mm. At the base, the shank measures about 1.80 mm wide and 1.80 mm thick, while the decorated shoulder area widens to roughly 3.0–3.5 mm beside the center.
Design highlights
The round accents stop before the engraved shank takes over. That leaves a clear change from diamond sparkle near the marquise to carved roses and scrollwork farther down the shoulders, giving the ring detail without crowding the elongated center.

Measurements are approximate; your selected center weight sets the final diamond dimensions and total weight.
The 13.43 mm reference marquise carries its visual spread along the finger, while the round side stones add shorter flashes at its widest point. Read more about elongated cuts in the diamond stone guide.
Yellow and rose gold make the rose engraving and milgrain borders easier to read, while white gold and platinum keep more attention on the diamonds. Compare options in the metal guide. Clean around the side stones, underneath the basket and through the engraved recesses with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush.
How much accent diamond weight sits beside the marquise?
The round side diamonds total approximately 0.15 ct. They stay concentrated close to the center rather than continuing as a full pavé band.
What do the cathedral shoulders do on this design?
The shoulders rise toward the center setting instead of remaining level with the lower shank. That gives the long marquise visual support while leaving the engraved band visible.
How high does the center sit?
The setting rises approximately 7.0–7.5 mm. This keeps the marquise above the side-stone clusters and leaves accessible space beneath the basket.
What gives the band its vintage character?
Floral and rose engraving runs through the upper shank with fine milgrain along the edges. The carved metal takes over after the round side diamonds end.
How should the engraved shoulders be cleaned?
Use a soft brush inside the floral recesses and around the round side stones. Those narrow carved areas collect more residue than the polished lower band.
