This oval Lab Grown Diamond engagement ring from Signora Jewels spreads the light in three directions. The 9.13 × 6.84 mm center sits inside a close round halo, while the band divides into two diamond-set rails on each shoulder.

The open space between those rails keeps the split shank visible instead of letting the pavé read as one heavy strip. Larger rounds sit around the oval; smaller stones continue down the shoulders, so the sparkle steps away from the center rather than stopping at the halo. The setting spans about 10.24 mm across the head. Compare center proportions in the engagement ring guide.

Design highlights

  • Oval center shown at approx. 1.62 ct
  • Center measures approx. 9.13 × 6.84 mm
  • 58 round accent diamonds totaling approx. 0.71 ct
  • Approx. 2.33 ct total weight in the photographed design
  • Four-prong oval center setting
  • Prong-set halo follows the oval outline
  • Two pavé rows form the split shoulders
  • Center size selectable from 1 to 4.5 ct

The gap through the split shank is the working detail. It lets the metal frame the finger in two lines while keeping the halo visually separate from the band.

About Lab Grown Diamonds

An oval brilliant carries round-style fire into a stretched outline that gives the finger more visible length. The surrounding round diamonds return smaller points of light, creating a clear border around the larger center.

Every diamond in this ring is lab grown, with the same carbon crystal structure, hardness and optical properties as a mined diamond. Lab grown diamonds are graded using the same cut, color, clarity and carat standards.

Metal, Care & Fit

Sterling silver is bright and accessible. 9K, 14K and 18K gold increase in gold content and color richness, while platinum is naturally white and dense. Gold is available in yellow, white and rose.

Order in your known size or use the ring size and fit guide. Clean beneath the oval, around the halo and between both pavé rails with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Have the center prongs and small accent settings checked during routine professional inspections.

FAQ

Can I choose the center diamond size?
Yes, center sizes from 1 to 4.5 ct are available. The photographed ring uses an approx. 1.62 ct oval, and the halo and basket scale to fit the selected diamond.

What is the total diamond weight?
The photographed design is approximately 2.33 ct across 59 diamonds. That includes the approx. 1.62 ct oval center and approx. 0.71 ct of fixed halo and shoulder diamonds.

How many accent diamonds are in the ring?
The ring contains 58 round accent diamonds. They form the oval halo and continue along both rows of the split shank.

What does a split shank do?
A split shank divides the band into two rails as it approaches the center. This creates an open space on each shoulder and spreads the pavé across a wider area of the finger.

Is this a halo or hidden-halo ring?
This is a face-up halo ring because the round diamonds visibly surround the oval center from above. A hidden halo sits beneath the center and appears mainly from the side.

What is the difference between a four-prong and six-prong setting?
A four-prong setting exposes more of the oval edge, while a six-prong setting adds two more contact points around the center. This design uses four prongs so the oval outline remains open inside the halo.

What is the difference between 9K and 18K gold?
9K gold contains less pure gold and is harder for frequent wear, while 18K has richer color and higher gold content. Both are solid gold and are available in yellow, white and rose.

Can the halo or split shank be customized?
Yes, Signora Jewels can adjust the halo spacing, shoulder width, center size or metal through the bespoke service. The listed accent arrangement remains fixed unless a custom order is requested.
