A pear lab grown diamond side stone engagement ring from Signora Jewels.
A 1.50 ct, 10.50 × 6.49 mm pear center sits in an elevated prong setting, with 2 marquise and 4 round accents totaling approx. 0.10 ct. Approx. 1.60 ct total.
Made to order in 11 metals: silver, 10K/14K/18K gold (yellow, white, rose) and platinum.
Each metal color is shown in the photos. Choose your center size and metal in the options on this page.
Signora Jewels sets the 10.50 × 6.49 mm pear vertically, with the pointed tip held at the top and the rounded end secured below. An open gallery lifts the center above the shoulders, while two marquise and four round diamonds are worked into the sculpted vine-and-leaf metalwork instead of forming a conventional halo.
The setting rises about 6.5–7.0 mm, giving the pear enough clearance for its full outline to stay visible. The lower shank is approximately 1.80 mm wide and 1.60 mm thick, then opens into organic shoulders measuring roughly 5.0–6.0 mm near the center.
Design highlights
The side stones follow the metalwork instead of sitting in a straight row. The marquise diamonds read like leaves beside the pear, while the smaller rounds punctuate the open curves around them. That keeps the 1.50 ct center dominant while still giving the shoulders detail from several angles.

Measurements are approximate; your chosen center size sets the final diamond weight.
A pear cut combines a rounded lower half with a single pointed tip, so orientation and prong placement matter. In this design, the 10.50 mm length draws the eye along the finger while the open setting leaves the outline easy to read. See the diamond stone guide for more on cut and proportions.
White gold and platinum keep the prongs visually close to the diamonds, while yellow and rose gold make the vine structure more obvious around the marquise leaves. Compare the choices in the metal guide. Clean beneath the elevated center and between the open shoulder sections with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. More detailed care is in the jewelry care guide.
How is the pointed end of the pear protected?
The pear is secured in a prong setting with support at the pointed end. That keeps the tip held while leaving the elongated outline visible from above.
What do the marquise diamonds do in this design?
Two marquise diamonds sit within the vine-style shoulders and read visually like leaves. Together they account for approx. 0.06 ct of the side-diamond weight.
How much extra diamond weight is in the shoulders?
The six side diamonds total approximately 0.10 ct. Two are marquise at approx. 0.06 ct total, and four are round accents at approx. 0.04 ct total.
Will a straight wedding band sit completely flush?
The elevated center and sculpted side structure can leave a small space beside a straight band. A contoured band follows the organic shoulder profile more closely.
Which metal makes the leaf pattern most visible?
Yellow and rose gold create stronger contrast around the marquise and round diamonds. White gold and platinum make the setting read more continuously with the stones.
