Method 1 — Use an existing ring

Find a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
Place it flat and measure the inner diameter (inside edge to inside edge) in mm.

Method 2 — Wrap and measure

Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger.
Mark where it overlaps — measure that length in mm (your circumference).
Divide by 3.1416 (π) to get your diameter, then use the Measure a ring tab.

Tip: Middle finger sizes typically run half a size larger than the ring finger. If between sizes, go up. Measure in the evening — fingers are slightly larger then.

At Signora Jewels, we build this pear-cut solitaire around its pointed tip. A V-prong covers that tip, while four rounded side claws hold the 9.8 × 6.4 mm, 1.50 ct reference diamond without hiding its outline.

Twenty round brilliant accents bring approximately 0.31 ct to the pavé shoulders. There is no halo. From above, those smaller stones lead the eye toward the pear without making the center look crowded.

About Lab Grown Diamonds

The pear cut combines a rounded lower end with a single pointed tip. This design leaves both sides of that outline visible, while the pavé diamonds brighten the shoulders without surrounding the center.

Metal, Care & Fit

Available in silver, yellow, white and rose gold, and platinum. The raised center basket and approximately 2.00 mm lower band give the pear diamond room to stand above the pavé shoulders.

Clean with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Work gently around the V-prong and small shoulder settings, then rinse and dry with a lint-free cloth.
