Method 1 — Use an existing ring

Find a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
Place it flat and measure the inner diameter (inside edge to inside edge) in mm.
Enter that measurement in the Measure a ring tab.

Method 2 — Wrap and measure

Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger.
Mark where it overlaps — measure that length in mm (your circumference).
Divide by 3.1416 (π) to get your diameter, then use the Measure a ring tab.

Tip: Middle finger sizes typically run half a size larger than the ring finger. If between sizes, go up. Measure in the evening — fingers are slightly larger then.

The two diamonds do not sit in a straight row. On this Signora Jewels ring, the bypass shoulders bring the 0.95 ct pear and 0.64 ct round toward one another, leaving enough space for both outlines to remain clear. Each stone has its own four-prong open basket.

The pear supplies length across the finger; the round brings a tighter burst of light beside it. A plain 1.90 mm comfort-fit shank keeps the underside smooth, while the 6.40 mm setting height leaves room beneath both galleries for cleaning.

The setting does not use a halo or pavé to join the stones visually. Its identity comes from proportion: an 8.59 mm pear beside a 5.50 mm round, angled inward so the pointed and circular outlines remain distinct.

About Lab Grown Diamonds

The pear brilliant gives the design an elongated outline, while the round brilliant returns light in a more symmetrical pattern. Both diamonds are selected in F color and VS1 clarity with Excellent cut, polish and symmetry.

Metal, Care & Fit

Choose silver, 9K, 14K or 18K yellow, white or rose gold, or platinum. Brush gently beneath both open baskets with warm water, mild soap and a soft toothbrush. Check the prongs periodically, especially the prong covering the pear’s pointed tip.

How does this two-stone ring feel during daily wear?
The 1.90 mm comfort-fit shank keeps the underside smooth, while the two baskets sit approximately 6.40 mm high. Remove the ring for lifting, gym work and tasks that put direct pressure on the stones.

How is the pear’s pointed tip protected?
A dedicated prong covers the pear’s pointed end. This reduces direct contact at the most vulnerable part of the outline, though the tip should still be checked during routine prong inspections.

What does the bypass design do?
The bypass shoulders direct each side of the band toward a different diamond. This creates the face-to-face arrangement while keeping the pear and round in separate open baskets.

Can a wedding band sit beside this ring?
A contoured band follows the two-stone outline most closely. A straight band will leave a small gap beside the projecting baskets, which some wearers prefer as a deliberate stacked look.

Which metal brings out the contrast between the two shapes?
