Method 1 — Use an existing ring

Find a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
Place it flat and measure the inner diameter (inside edge to inside edge) in mm.

Method 2 — Wrap and measure

Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger.
Mark where it overlaps — measure that length in mm (your circumference).
Divide by 3.1416 (π) to get your diameter, then use the Measure a ring tab.

Tip: Middle finger sizes typically run half a size larger than the ring finger. If between sizes, go up. Measure in the evening — fingers are slightly larger then.

This pear Lab Grown Diamond engagement ring from Signora Jewels is built around a long 10.00 × 7.00 mm center. Six prongs hold the point, shoulders and rounded end, while the graduated halo follows the pear outline instead of forming a uniform border.

The largest halo stones sit near the broad end and step down toward the tip. That change in diameter keeps the outline crisp and throws stronger flashes across the top half of the ring. Small pavé diamonds continue onto the shoulders, then stop before the lower band so the underside stays smooth against the finger.

About Lab Grown Diamonds

Lab grown diamonds have the same carbon crystal structure, hardness and optical properties as mined diamonds. They are graded on the same 4C scale, and the selected center ships with an independent grading report.

The pear cut combines a rounded end with a tapered point. Its length draws the eye along the finger, while the graduated halo reinforces that directional shape.

Metal, Care & Fit

Clean the ring with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush, working carefully beneath the center basket and between the halo stones. Pat dry and store it separately. Remove it before swimming, applying lotion or doing work that can strike the exposed center stone.
