Method 1 — Use an existing ring

Find a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
Place it flat and measure the inner diameter (inside edge to inside edge) in mm.

Method 2 — Wrap and measure

Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger.
Mark where it overlaps — measure that length in mm (your circumference).

Signora Jewels builds this pear three-stone ring around a 13.00 × 7.69 mm center. Prongs hold the 3.00 ct pear at its point, shoulders and rounded end. A 6.50 × 4.50 mm pear sits on each side, turned outward so the three pointed outlines step across the finger instead of reading as one solid block.

The side pears total 1.00 ct and sit lower than the center, keeping the middle diamond visually forward. Their broad ends meet the center basket with little exposed metal. The polished shank begins behind the accents, so the 4.00 ct layout carries its width across the top and then narrows quickly between the fingers.
