Signora Jewels sets the 6.30 mm princess center above shoulders that divide before reaching the basket. Pavé rounds follow the outer lines of the split shank, while the open space beneath the center keeps the square outline separate from the diamond-set band.
The setting rises approximately 6.0–6.5 mm. At the base, the shank measures about 1.70 mm wide and 1.50 mm thick; near the center, the shoulders broaden to roughly 3.5–4.5 mm as the split sections climb toward the basket.
Design highlights
The split shoulders frame the princess without adding side stones beside its square edges. From straight on, the pavé lines pull inward toward the center; from the side, the open gallery keeps the basket visibly lifted above the shank.

Measurements are approximate; your selected center weight sets the final diamond dimensions and total weight.
The princess cut brings pointed corners and a square face to the center of this design, while the small round accents create a finer sparkle pattern through the shoulders. Read more about shape and proportions in the diamond stone guide.
White gold and platinum keep the pavé visually close to the diamonds; yellow and rose gold make the split shoulder structure easier to see. Compare options in the metal guide. Clean beneath the open gallery and along both diamond-set shoulders with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Browse more engagement rings.
How are the corners of the princess center protected?
The center is held in a Four-Prong setting with a prong positioned at each corner. That protects the most exposed points of the 6.30 × 6.30 mm reference diamond.
How much accent diamond weight is in the split shoulders?
The round pavé accents total approximately 0.12 ct. The supplied weight is used without estimating an unsupported stone count.
What does the Split Shank do for this design?
The upper band divides before reaching the center, creating open space around the basket while carrying pavé along the outside edges. That makes the princess center look visually separate from the band.
How high does the center sit?
The setting rises approximately 6.0–6.5 mm. The open gallery keeps the princess above the split shoulders and leaves access underneath for cleaning.
Will a straight wedding band sit completely flush?
The raised basket and divided shoulder structure can leave a small gap beside a straight band. A contoured band follows the center profile more closely.
