A round lab grown diamond split shank engagement ring from Signora Jewels.
A 1.00 ct, 6.50 mm round brilliant sits in a raised Four-Prong center setting, with 38 round accents totaling approx. 0.23 ct through the shoulders. Approx. 1.23 ct total.
Made to order in 11 metals: silver, 10K/14K/18K gold (yellow, white, rose) and platinum.
Each metal color is shown in the photos. Choose your metal in the options on this page.
Signora Jewels builds this engagement ring around a 6.50 mm round brilliant held in four exposed prongs. The shoulders split before they reach the center, then rise toward the basket in a cathedral profile. Thirty-eight small rounds trace the divided shoulders and the sculpted leaf-and-vine lines.
The center sits about 6.3 mm high, clearly above the pavé rather than buried between the shoulders. At the bottom, the band is approximately 2.60 mm wide and 1.70 mm thick. The solid lower shank gives the ring substance, while the open split near the center keeps the 1.00 ct round visually separate from the accent work.
Design highlights
The split shoulder is the part you notice after the center stone. Instead of one solid line of metal running into the basket, two pavé paths open around it and pull the eye inward. From the side, the raised basket leaves visible space beneath the diamond; from above, the round center remains the clear focal point.
The 6.50 mm round brilliant uses a symmetrical circular outline designed for strong light return, while the smaller round accents add fine flashes along the shoulders. Read more about proportions, cut, color and clarity in the diamond stone guide.
This ring is made in silver, 10K, 14K and 18K yellow, white or rose gold, plus platinum. White metals keep the pavé visually continuous; yellow and rose gold put more contrast around the diamond-set shoulders. Compare the choices in the metal guide. Clean under the raised center and along both pavé sections with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush.
How high does the round center sit?
The center setting is approximately 6.3 mm high. The raised Four-Prong position keeps the 6.50 mm round clearly above the split pavé shoulders.
What does the Split Shank change about the look of this ring?
The shoulders divide before reaching the center, creating two diamond-set paths on either side. That open space separates the 1.00 ct center visually from the pavé and makes the vine-like shoulder work easier to see.
How much accent diamond weight is in the shoulders?
The 38 round accent diamonds total approximately 0.23 ct. They follow the split shoulders rather than forming a halo around the center.
Which metal works best with this pavé design?
White gold and platinum make the pavé read as a more continuous bright line, while yellow or rose gold creates stronger contrast between the metal and the diamonds. The setting structure stays the same in every metal.
How should the pavé shoulders be cleaned?
Use a soft brush along both split sections and underneath the raised center. The small spaces around the 38 accent stones collect more residue than the plain lower shank.
