Method 1 — Use an existing ring

Find a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
Place it flat and measure the inner diameter (inside edge to inside edge) in mm.
Enter that measurement in the Measure a ring tab.

Method 2 — Wrap and measure

Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger.
Mark where it overlaps — measure that length in mm (your circumference).
Divide by 3.1416 (π) to get your diameter, then use the Measure a ring tab.

Tip: Middle finger sizes typically run half a size larger than the ring finger. If between sizes, go up. Measure in the evening — fingers are slightly larger then.

At Signora Jewels, we set a 6.4–6.5 mm round brilliant center between two smaller round diamonds, each approximately 0.12 ct. Both side stones angle toward the center. There are no pavé diamonds on the shank.

Rounded prongs secure the center, while each side diamond sits in its own prong setting. Turn the ring sideways and the decorative open gallery becomes visible beneath the three stones. The lower band measures approximately 1.80 mm wide.

This three-stone engagement ring has a reference setting height of approximately 5.8–6.3 mm. A straight wedding band needs clearance beside the two smaller stones. Compare the metal options before choosing your finish.

The two smaller diamonds sit directly beside the center, with their own visible prongs. Each is roughly one-eighth of a carat. Together they frame the round center without adding another row of stones to the band.

About Lab Grown Diamonds

All three stones are round brilliant lab grown diamonds. The larger center is approximately 1.00 ct, while the two matching side diamonds contribute another 0.24 ct. Their brilliant-style facets catch light across the three-stone arrangement.

Metal, Care & Fit

Choose silver, 9K, 14K or 18K gold in yellow, white or rose, or platinum. The plain shank measures approximately 1.80 mm wide and 1.75 mm thick at the base. The raised setting and side-stone placement determine how closely a wedding band can sit alongside it.

For cleaning and care, use warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Clean gently around the center prongs, both side settings and the open gallery. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a lint-free cloth.

FAQ

How large are the side diamonds compared with the center?
Each side diamond weighs approximately 0.12 ct, compared with the 1.00 ct round brilliant center. Together the two side stones contribute 0.24 ct, bringing the ring's total diamond weight to approximately 1.24 ct.

What is different about the center diamond setting?
The center is held by decorative rounded prongs arranged around its circular outline. The open gallery beneath the head leaves the underside accessible for cleaning, while the two smaller diamonds have separate prong settings.

Will this three-stone ring sit flush beside a wedding band?
The center setting rises approximately 5.8–6.3 mm in the reference design. A straight wedding band must clear the adjacent side-stone settings to sit flush; a contoured band can follow the three-stone profile more closely.

Is the plain polished shank suitable for everyday wear?
The approximately 1.80 mm lower shank has no pavé diamonds along its surface. The three raised diamond settings still need protection from hard knocks, so remove the ring for heavy lifting and strenuous hands-on activities.

How do I clean the decorative three-stone gallery?
Warm water, mild soap and a soft brush are suitable for cleaning the open gallery and the three prong-set diamonds. Brush gently beneath the center and around the side settings, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
