Choose your center weight and metal for this made-to-order ring.
Signora Jewels gives the center room by setting the 7.50 mm round above two larger round side diamonds rather than surrounding it with a halo. The shoulders twist into a three-stone ring profile, with pavé diamonds recessed along the split sections.
The Four-Prong center sits approximately 6.5–7.0 mm high, leaving an open gallery underneath. At the base, the shank narrows to about 1.40 mm wide and 1.70 mm thick, while the upper shoulders spread to roughly 5.0–6.0 mm around the side stones.
Design highlights
The larger side rounds bridge the visual gap between the center and the pavé. From above, the stones step down in scale toward the band; from the side, the elevated basket keeps the center clearly separate from the split shoulders.

Measurements are approximate; your selected center weight sets the final diamond dimensions and total weight.
The round brilliant center concentrates light into a symmetrical circular face, while the smaller rounds carry the same facet pattern through the shoulders. See the diamond stone guide for more on round cut and proportions.
White gold and platinum keep the pavé visually close to the diamonds; yellow and rose gold give the twisted shoulder structure more contrast. Compare options in the metal guide. Clean beneath the raised basket and along both pavé sections with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush.
What makes this a three-stone design?
The round center is flanked by two visibly larger round side diamonds before the pavé begins. That creates a stepped three-stone profile rather than a continuous row of equally sized diamonds.
How much diamond weight is in the side and pavé setting?
The accent diamonds total approximately 0.49 ct. That includes the larger flanking rounds and the smaller pavé diamonds running through the split shoulders.
How high does the round center sit?
The setting rises approximately 6.5–7.0 mm. The open gallery keeps the 7.50 mm center above the twisted shoulder structure.
Will this ring sit completely flush with a straight wedding band?
The elevated basket and split shoulders can leave a small gap beside a straight band. A contoured band follows the side profile more closely.
How should the pavé shoulders be cleaned?
Use a soft brush along the recessed diamond rows and beneath the open center gallery. Those narrow spaces collect more residue than the plain lower shank.
