A round lab grown diamond solitaire engagement ring from Signora Jewels.
A 0.60 ct, 5.50 mm round center sits in a Four-Prong Solitaire setting above sculpted open leaf-and-vine shoulders. Approx. 0.60 ct total.
Made to order in 11 metals: silver, 10K/14K/18K gold (yellow, white, rose) and platinum.
Each metal color is shown in the photos. Choose your metal in the options on this page.
Signora Jewels keeps the diamond work deliberately simple on this engagement ring: one 5.50 mm round center, four visible prongs and no accent stones. Instead of pavé, the shoulders carry sculpted leaf-and-vine metalwork that splits into open spaces as it approaches the center.
The setting rises approximately 5.0–5.5 mm, enough to separate the round diamond from the organic shoulder work without making the ring top-heavy. At the base, the shank measures about 1.60 mm wide and 1.60 mm thick, so the lower band stays narrow while the shoulders widen toward the setting.
Design highlights
The absence of side stones puts all the light on the round center. What gives the ring its character is the metalwork beside it: branching shoulders curve toward the basket, leaving open spaces between the vine-like sections instead of forming a solid band.
A 5.50 mm round cut concentrates its light return into a compact circular face, making it a natural fit for an open solitaire setting. Read more about round proportions, cut and grading in the diamond stone guide.
This design is made in silver, 10K, 14K and 18K yellow, white or rose gold, plus platinum. White metals keep the prongs visually close to the diamond, while yellow and rose gold make the sculpted shoulder work easier to distinguish. Compare the choices in the metal guide. Clean beneath the center and through the open shoulder sections with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush.
Does this ring have any diamonds in the shoulders?
No. The only diamond is the 0.60 ct round center; the leaf-and-vine detail along the shoulders is sculpted metalwork.
How securely is the round center held?
Four prongs hold the 5.50 mm round diamond at evenly spaced points around the stone. The open arrangement leaves most of the diamond visible while keeping the center mechanically secured.
How high does the center sit?
The setting height is approximately 5.0–5.5 mm. That lifts the diamond above the branching shoulder detail without creating the taller profile of a heavily raised gallery.
What makes this ring nature-inspired?
The shoulders divide into curved, branch-like metal sections that resemble leaves and vines. The detail is created entirely in metal rather than with additional diamonds.
Which metal makes the shoulder detail stand out most?
Yellow and rose gold create stronger visual contrast between the metalwork and the round center. White gold and platinum make the prongs and diamond read as a more continuous bright surface.
