Signora Jewels sets the 7.40 mm round center where two different shoulders meet. One side rises as a polished ribbon; the other crosses beneath it with thirty-six 1.40 mm diamonds held in fine micro prongs.
The crossover pulls the eye around the center instead of framing it with a halo. Four prongs leave most of the round edge visible, while the open gallery keeps the pavilion clear beneath the stone.
The two arms narrow into one solid lower shank. You feel the width near the center, but the palm side stays smooth and easy to close around a steering wheel or coffee cup.
Design highlights
The contrast between the two shoulders is the signature: one catches light as a clean strip of metal, while the other breaks it into thirty-six smaller flashes.

Measurements and weights are approximate. The basket and metal weight scale with the center size selected.
A round brilliant uses 57–58 facets arranged to return light toward the eye. The 1.40 mm accent diamonds repeat that pattern along the curved shoulder, so the sparkle changes direction as the band crosses beneath the center.
Lab grown diamonds have the same carbon crystal structure, hardness and optical properties as mined diamonds. They are graded using the same cut, color, clarity and carat standards.
Choose silver, 9K/14K/18K gold in yellow, white or rose, or platinum. 9K contains more strengthening alloy for daily wear, while 18K has higher gold content and richer color; compare them in the metal guide.
Order in your known US size. The crossover shoulders have more width near the center than a plain solitaire, so accurate sizing keeps the head upright; use the ring size and fit guide. Clean beneath the crossing arms with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush.
Can I choose another center diamond size?
Yes. The round center is available from 1 to 4.5 ct, and the basket and metal weight scale to the selected carat. The photographed configuration uses an approx. 1.50 ct center measuring 7.40 mm.
How many pavé diamonds are set into the shoulder?
The pavé shoulder contains 36 round Lab Grown Diamond accents totaling approx. 0.432 ct. Each accent measures approximately 1.40 mm and is held in a micro-prong setting.
How is the center diamond held?
The center is secured by four prongs positioned around its round outline. The open basket leaves most of the edge visible and allows cleaning beneath the pavilion.
What does the crossover setting do?
The crossover setting brings two shoulders together from different directions beneath the center. One shoulder is polished and the other is diamond-set, creating an asymmetrical line without adding a halo.
Will a wedding band sit beside this ring?
A straight wedding band sits close to the lower shank, though the crossing shoulder can leave a small gap near the center. A gently contoured band follows the raised setting more closely.
What is the difference between micro-prong and shared-prong pavé?
Micro-prong pavé uses very small individual beads of metal to hold the accent diamonds with less visible metal between them. Shared-prong settings use one prong between neighboring stones and create a more defined row.
What is the difference between 9K and 18K gold?
9K gold contains more strengthening alloy and has a harder surface, while 18K contains more gold and has richer color. Both are solid gold choices for daily engagement-ring wear.
How do lab grown diamonds compare with mined diamonds?
Lab grown diamonds match mined diamonds in carbon structure, hardness and optical behavior; their origin is different. Signora Jewels supplies this design only with Lab Grown Diamond stones.
