Method 1 — Use an existing ring

Find a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
Place it flat and measure the inner diameter (inside edge to inside edge) in mm.
Enter that measurement in the Measure a ring tab.

Method 2 — Wrap and measure

Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger.
Mark where it overlaps — measure that length in mm (your circumference).
Divide by 3.1416 (π) to get your diameter, then use the Measure a ring tab.

Tip: Middle finger sizes typically run half a size larger than the ring finger. If between sizes, go up. Measure in the evening — fingers are slightly larger then.

Signora Jewels sets the 8.80 mm round center between two graduated groups of side stones. A pair of 2.40 mm rounds sits nearest the center on each shoulder, followed by a pear diamond pointing outward along the band.

The four-prong basket leaves the center’s edge open, while the side stones step down toward the plain shank instead of ending abruptly. That graduation spreads light across the finger without building the height of a halo.

From above, the pears pull the eye outward and make the center look broader. From the side, the raised basket leaves room for a wedding band to sit close beneath the diamond.

The pears are turned lengthwise along the shank. Their tapered points carry the line of the ring toward the band, while the round accents bridge the space beside the larger center.

About Lab Grown Diamonds

A round brilliant uses 57–58 facets to return light toward the eye. The pear accents carry similar brilliant faceting into tapered outlines, creating smaller flashes that lead away from the center.

Lab grown diamonds have the same carbon crystal structure, hardness and optical properties as mined diamonds. They are graded using the same cut, color, clarity and carat standards.

Metal, Care & Fit

Choose silver, 9K/14K/18K gold in yellow, white or rose, or platinum. 9K has more strengthening alloy for daily wear, while 18K has higher gold content and richer color; compare them in the metal guide.

Order in your known US size. The side-stone spread covers more of the finger than a plain solitaire, so accurate sizing helps keep the center upright; use the ring size and fit guide. Clean beneath the stones with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush.

FAQ

Can I choose another center diamond size?
Yes. The round center is available from 1 to 4.5 ct, and the basket and metal weight scale to the selected carat. The photographed configuration uses an approx. 2.50 ct center measuring 8.80 mm.

How many side diamonds are included?
Six side diamonds are included: four round diamonds and two pear diamonds. Together they total approximately 0.520 ct in the photographed configuration.

How are the pear side stones positioned?
The pear diamonds point outward along the shoulders. Their rounded ends face the center, while their tapered points continue the line toward the plain lower shank.

How is the center diamond held?
The round center is held in a four-prong basket. The prongs secure the stone at four points while leaving most of its circular edge visible.

Will a wedding band sit beside this ring?
A straight wedding band sits close beneath the raised center basket. The exact gap depends on the height of the wedding band, while a gently contoured band follows the setting most closely.

What is the difference between 9K and 18K gold?
9K gold contains more strengthening alloy and has a harder surface, while 18K contains more gold and carries richer color. Both are solid gold choices for an engagement ring.

How do lab grown diamonds compare with mined diamonds?
Lab grown diamonds match mined diamonds in carbon structure, hardness and optical behavior; their origin is different. Signora Jewels supplies this ring only with Lab Grown Diamond stones.
