You have 30 days to return or exchange a standard design, and Signora covers the return shipping for the US, UK, and Canada. Fully custom bespoke pieces cannot be returned, so settle sizing questions before crafting begins.

Solid materials
Every Signora piece is made in solid precious metal — never plated or filled. Available options can include 925 sterling silver, 9K, 14K or 18K yellow, white or rose gold, and Pt950 platinum. Stone and certification details are listed on each product page.
Hand finishing
Each order is finished by hand in our family workshop in Surat. White gold is palladium-based, nickel-free and rhodium-finished; yellow and rose gold are polished to their natural warmth; platinum develops a soft patina with wear.
Everyday care
Wipe your piece after wear and store it separately in its pouch or box. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercise or contact with lotions and cleaning products. For deeper cleaning, use lukewarm water, mild soap and a very soft brush; ask a jeweler to check stone settings periodically.
