Diamond quality

Tell us your preferred grade or leave the shortlist to us. An approved individual lab-grown center or primary diamond of 0.50 ct or more includes its IGI grading report. A natural diamond is sourced on request, and its independent report is confirmed in the proposal along with the exact stone and report scope.

Orders of US$500 or more receive free express, insured and tracked international delivery. Below US$500, express, insured and tracked international delivery is charged at the fixed rate shown at checkout. For every destination available at checkout, Signora prepays applicable import duties and import taxes. Customers should not be asked to pay those import charges again on delivery.

Every finished piece includes a Signora Jewelry Certificate. Each approved individual lab-grown center or primary diamond of 0.50 ct or more also includes its IGI grading report.

Your 3D proposal confirms the current design and production estimate before approval. Delivery timing after dispatch depends on the destination and carrier.

Yes — share sketches or photos. If you want to use an existing stone, we’ll review its measurements, condition and suitability before confirming whether it can be reset.

Solid gold, platinum, or sterling silver with lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, moissanite, birthstones, or colored gemstones. Every finished piece includes a Signora Jewelry Certificate. Each approved individual lab-grown center or primary diamond of 0.50 ct or more also includes its IGI grading report.

Always. You approve a detailed 3D CAD render before any handcrafting begins.

A fully custom commission is different from a listed made-to-order design. After its specifications or CAD are approved, a normal change-of-mind return does not apply. Manufacturing defects remain reviewable. Signora may accept an exceptional non-defect return case by case; documented labor and genuinely non-recoverable costs may be deducted, but these deductions are not a restocking fee. For eligible listed designs, Eligible standard listed products may be returned within 30 days after carrier-recorded delivery when unworn, unused and in their original condition, with the original packaging and included documents. Listed options and sale pricing do not by themselves make an item Final Sale. Read the full return policy.
